End of Tenancy Cleaning
What's Included in the End of Tenancy Clean:
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Dusting and removing of cobwebs
- Cleaning the insides of windows and wiping interior frame
- Cleaning all door frames, doors, door handles and skirtings
- Cleaning lights, fittings and switches
- Ornaments will be treated with care and lifted for cleaning
Kitchen:
- Cleaning of all kitchen appliances. Please note, ovens carry an additional charge, as noted below
- Wiping down and disinfecting of all work surfaces, cupboards interiors and exteriors
- Dusting all surfaces
- Cleaning of tiling or splashbacks
Living/Dining room:
- Cleaning and wiping of all surfaces
- Dusting and polishing of all hard furnishings
- Vacuuming of settees and armchairs
Bathrooms:
- Cleaning of sink, basin, shower, bath and toilet
- Scrubbing any fittings as required
- Removal of limescale
- Cleaning of any other surfaces e.g mirrors, tiles
Bedrooms:
- Thorough vacuuming of mattresses
- Dusting and polishing of all hard furnishings
